Sytext is an AI-first unified inbox that brings together messages from multiple networks (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Slack, SMS, and others) into a single interface. It uses artificial intelligence to suggest replies and prioritize messages. Sytext is a productivity tool designed to help you manage your communications more efficiently. You remain in full control of all messages sent from your connected accounts.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Sytext. Some features may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at apytest.io@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use Sytext only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of Sytext.
• Use the Service to violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Deploy automated systems (bots, scrapers) that send more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

Your privacy is paramount. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using Sytext, you consent to those practices.

Sytext is built local-first. Your chat history is stored in your browser or on your device, not centrally on our servers. We only store limited metadata necessary to operate the Service (such as your login identifier and message IDs for syncing). You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Sytext uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested replies and prioritize messages. AI can make mistakes. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any message before it is sent. Sytext will never send a message automatically—you must always press "send" yourself.

Sytext integrates with third-party messaging platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or downtime of third-party services. Connecting an external account to Sytext is done at your own risk.

Certain features of Sytext may require payment. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

All content, design, logos, and software associated with Sytext (excluding your own messages and data) are the property of Sytext or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. You retain all rights to the content you create and send through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sytext at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYTEXT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sytext and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
